Dr. Fatu Forna speaking at event “Exploring Global Strategies to Support Families with Young Children” organized by the The White House to share successful maternal and child health programs from 6 countries across the world – Sierra Leone, Canada, India, Scotland, Finland, and Mexico. She shared the Mama-Pikin Foundation’s work around The Cocoon Pregnancy Care Model in Sierra Leone and the US and got the opportunity to engage in discussions and development of innovative ideas with various stakeholders in perinatal health.
